Developing Iraq
After Saudi Arabia, Iraq has the second largest natural reserves of oil. Since most of the American reserves of oil have been exhausted, Iraq was a major exporter of oil and could influence world oil prices. This was one of the main reasons behind the invasion of Iraq in March 2003 by USA and its allies. The weapons of mass destructions were only an excuse used to justify the invasion.
The invasion was initially considered successful and investors were invited to collaborate with Iraqi businessmen in the following fields:
Information and Communication Technology consulting and services;
Construction & Civil Engineering IT infrastructure;
Consulting services and research data and information in IT/business/governmental/financial/legal fields;
Provide business development/implementation services to international companies and investors wishing to do business in Iraq;
